Xenos Media Appoints First Board Members.
Xenos Media today announced the first board members; Ruth Darlyn Tetteh, Philip Kwasi Banini and Selorm Kporha. Ruth Darlyn Tetteh is the Executive Director, Missions To Care and a former staff of the United Nations Department of Safety and Security and a former detective at the Ghana Police Service, Philip Kwasi Banini is the Co-founder of iWatch Africa and Selorm Kporha is the Chief Engineer of Selker Engineering Services have been appointed to the company’s Board of Directors effective immediately.
Gershon Kwamigah, founder and lead of Xenos Media said, “The appointment was necessary to the company because he finds it necessary to have Board Directors consisting of members who will share significant ideas, governance, insight, experience and perspective the company has been looking for. The appointment of the members will make the board and our company better and I’m looking forward to working with them as we continue to build important services and products that are important to everyone.
The board members are excited to take on this leadership role at Xenos Media, as the company continues to improve itself with innovation that seek to create experiences that’s important to everyone.
